What to expect
The Rebus Project Manager will lead projects focused on Labor Management and Data Analytics, actively engaging in discovery, scoping, timeline management, budgeting, and technology deployment.
  • This role requires close collaboration with customer stakeholders to define objectives, align on success criteria, and track project progress against the established plan.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee project charters, team structures, project plans, metrics, and ROI.
  • Facilitate project status meetings, ensuring team accountability and adherence to timelines.
  • Ensure project quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through change management processes and training.
  • Resolve project issues related to budget, timeline, scope, or technology; escalate when necessary.
  • Provide regular project updates to the VP of Services.
  • Support in generating Statements of Work (SOW) and customer proposals.
  • Participate in team resource planning and revenue forecasting.

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years managing projects in complex supply chain environments.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Labor Management Systems, Business Intelligence tools, or other Supply Chain Software systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, automation systems, basic database structures).
  • Experience in distribution operations/warehousing.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
